Irving co. and Atlantican responsibilities

Comments on Charles Leblanc:
ARE THE IRVINGS RESPONSIBLE FOR TURBINES CRASHING INTO THE SAINT JOHN HARBOUR???

Mary Keith told the media they're not responsible!

Censurer General said:
Why would Irving co. take responsibility for anything?

They've probably got a stable of attorneys without consciences - for sure they've got themselves a clutch of spineless politicians running things. What is the chance of them getting punished if they don't admit anything?

Normal people would have to give a damn before Irving co. would start owning up to their mishaps and misdeeds.

That their actions are in many cases criminal and would land any other company in court (see Fredericton train station) does not seem to fluster the Bermudan family who aims to run roughshod over North-Eastern NAU.

You can't even blame the politicians (who earn every cent Irving spends on them) if the public is unwilling to fight for their livelihood in a day when wages and living expenses are diverging in such worrisome directions, while corporate 'earnings' are siphoned abroad.

An Atlantica-wide grass-roots boycott of Irving coffee for a few weeks would do more to bring Irving co. in line than any election-day putsch.

qpocriFor the Record I sent Obama and his opponent Allan Keyes Hard Copy of my material in early 2o04 long before most folks ever even heard of Obama. Methinks that he used the materail to become the keynote speaker at the Democrats convention in Beantown in July of 2004. Rest assured John McCain knows it, he was dumb enough to put it in writing.

The proof of the pudding is here.

Will the Irvings pay for the lost two turbines dumped in the Saint John Harbour????

charles, there is also the cost of the lost power that the new turbines would generate. NP Power, president Hay has said previously that the new turbines would generate an additional $15,000,000 a year in power output. Who is going to collect tha lost money to New Brunswickers? Then there is the additional cost of having to shut down the brand new rebuilt reactor. What is the cost of a per day shut down Also the additional cost of the labour etc. The Irving newspapaers are doing very little reporting of this in thier papers. I wonder why.

A new $300,000 advertising campaign created to help the Liberal government lure expatriates and newcomers to New Brunswick
It appears that the government is GIVING Irving another 300,000 dollars.
I mean ,who else is in the Ad buisness in NB and also using Irvings job site.
And how? Charles can they LURE ex nber's to NB advertizing in NB?
And You wonder why harper laughs at us.
Oh well, the right stuff in the right place made our last lib leader a multimillionaire!

Guess that's why Irving co. plead guilty on killing the herons.

It needed to free up its lawyers for this battle.

Gaging by their prior record with the Irving Whale (1, 2), it'll only be lawyer fees they pay again this time.

Not like the court has anything better to do than haggle for months for pennies on the true cost, with the full complicity of our elected kleptocrats.

I think our court decisions seem to have a lot to do with ,who is in government at the time of trial?

And does anyone know if spinks is on vacation or just in home treatment of a self inflicted wound. If so incapacitated he can peruse this==

French Education minister Mr. Xavier Darcos has declared that schools in France would henceforth offer extra lessons in English, during holidays, to allow the young French generation to master the language.

Reason? Mr. Darcos says inability to speak the English language is a "handicap" since all international business is conducted in English. Sounds familiar?

The French minister also observed that owing to globalization "very few people outside France will be able to speak French in the future".

And the French minister wasn't done. To demonstrate that he was dead serious and that times have truly changed, Mr. Darcos announced that he was availing a budget to enable all French students study English, including kids from wealthy families whose parents have been paying for their English lessons abroad.

"I am offering them (English lessons) to everyone right here", vowed the French minister.

The Irvings ain't special in that regard. The media will never report anything bad about itself or its puppetmaster let alone admit fault. Ask Andy Campbell, Mikey Duffy or Stevey Boy Murphy of the CTV ilk.

Mr. Amos, I confirm that I have received your documentation. There is no need to send us a hard copy. As you have said yourself, the
documentation is very voluminous and after 3 days, we are still in the process of printing it. I have asked one of my lawyers to review it in my absence and report back to me upon my return in the office. We will then provide you with a reply.
