Who says science is boring?

Let me get this straight. . .
A contingent of two from the Canadian Association of University Teachers (CAUT) sits opposite Minister of Science and Technology Gary Goodyear, his policy advisor and one other civil servant, there to receive an earful on subject of ingratitude.
“You are lying,” Goodyear reportedly thunders, evidently enraged by CAUT’s interpretation of the government’s policies on funding basic research.

Science boring? Not in these ‘interesting’ times.
The psychiatric medication scam of the early 21st century, when it fully comes out, might even overshadow the collective horror 9/11 truth will cause one day.
We’ve got engineered bio-weapons being used to kill liberty in the NAU, Norad troops practicing for more of the same.
Even cconomics and accounting take on mythical proportions when international crime rings have stolen all the money.
Here’s hoping that all the ’sciences’ get out of the business of sustaining kleptocracies, and for an end to screaming headlines based on oft-rigged, unreplicated research protocols.
Or at least doesn’t destroy us all a la LHC, GMO ‘food’ or other insane dual-use technology.
